Volunteer
Orientation: Tuesday,
August 17, 6:30-8:00 pm at the
Adoption Center. Click
here to send Marty
an email asking her
to register you for
the upcoming
Orientation. There will be
no July orientation.
Volunteers
have many different
reasons for helping
us in their spare
time, from simply
wanting contact with
animals and meeting
new people, to
learning new skills
before committing to
a new career in
animal welfare. We
could never
accomplish all that
we do for our
animals without our
beloved volunteers.
If
you would like to
volunteer, there are
many avenues to
explore. Whether you
would like to work
directly with the
animals, or prefer
to help in other
ways, we have a spot
for you. Here are
some of the ways you
can help:
-
Join
the Offsite Team
- talk with
potential
adopters, answer
questions and
fill out
adoption
paperwork.
Training is
provided.
Offsites are
currently held
at the Hamburg
PetSmart two
Saturdays each
month from 10-4.

advance and
offsite
adoptions.

the Animals

them, walk dogs,
help with
obedience
training,
snuggle with the
cats, give
baths, clean
ears, clip
nails, etc.

Take
Pet Photos -
we list our pets
on our website
and through
PetFinder. Happy
smiling pictures
of pets are
needed!
